Established in 1982 by Mr. Mostafa Azzam in Cairo, Egypt, Pharaoh Fiber has evolved from a small, family-run business into one of the leading monofilament producers in the region. With the addition of Mr. Azzam’s sons, Khaled and Hatem, in the last decade, we have remained committed to our family values while surpassing competitors in product quality, customer relationships, and remarkable service both within and outside Egypt.

Our Journey

Pharaoh Fiber began its journey by producing PVC and PP monofilament fibers, becoming the first synthetic fiber producers in Africa and the Middle East. In the 1980s, we proudly served as the sole suppliers to manufacturers of brushes and brooms in the Egyptian market. As we set our sights higher in the 1990s, we expanded our reach beyond local markets, covering the Arabian and African regions.

Our ambition, combined with our fighting spirit, propelled us to pursue even greater goals in the twenty-first century. In 2004, we took a significant step by participating in the Interbrush Exhibition, seizing the opportunity to showcase our products to the international market.

Our Expansion

In 2008, we were fortunate to establish a joint venture with Plasticfibre for PVC production. With their technical support and extensive knowledge, we significantly advanced our PVC production capabilities, becoming serious competitors to leading companies in the industry.

Recognizing the global shift towards PET monofilament production in 2014, we adapted our strategy to include PET fiber production. By 2015, we successfully began manufacturing PET fibers alongside our PVC and PP synthetic fibers, allowing us to meet global demand and continue our journey as international competitors.

Our Commitment

With decades of experience, Pharaoh Fiber has mastered the production of PET, PVC, PP, and natural fibers. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction drives us to deliver a wide range of products tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.
